Strategic policy document provides
the foundation
A strategic policy document is also being put together. This will contain policies for managing and planning meetings and travel. The strategy will be formulated so that it agrees with customers’ present and future requirements. It will also be continuously followed up so that it can ensure reduced environmental impact and lower
expenses at all times. The MER – Business
Travel tool will be a key aid in analysing the
results. The anticipated improvements will also be used by Bergab in both tendering procedures and marketing, which is made possible by MER and obviously by great commitment on the part of Bergab staff.
